Adam Wallace
Chief Financial Officer
After years as a corporate fixer, joining Fortune 100 leadership teams to capture additional value on multibillion dollar ventures, Adam Wallace now serves as TGN’s CFO and Board Member. Inspired by creating scalable ways to capture additional value, Adam has created multiple leadership approaches that are utilized by thousands of people every day. He is a subject matter expert on TGN’s Executive Mobilization work.
Adam’s industry experience includes technology companies, consulting services, financial services, energy operations, and reliable delivery of the world's largest megaprojects. Results of his interventions include: the successful execution of a 20k+person team for a $35B joint venture; six-month time savings off of the final 18 months of a five-year initiative for a $17B capital project; 3.2X increase in efficiency at a subsidiary of a Japanese auto manufacture when stalled progress threatened the elimination of a time-bound security vulnerability, and resolution of misaligned expectations between VPs, IT, and prime contractors at one of the largest labor union and insurance companies in the US."
His recent book "(Re)Value” identifies oft-neglected strategies for sustainably increasing profit margins tapping into human nature to reveal what customers and employees value and for which they will happily pay or contribute more.
Adam grew up in a two-story log cabin outside of Nashville, built by his 7th-generation grandfather prior to Tennessee becoming a State. He now resides with his wife and son in the quaint seaside village of Del Mar, California.
