Lindsey Joiner

Consultant

Lindsey Joiner’s superpower is bringing thought into form. Accelerating traction on anything she touches, there are few TGN initiatives she doesn’t have a hand in generating—from source materials to strategic client realignments.

Her background in language, media, and communications honed her capacity to hear intent and coach leaders to exercise their ideas in a way that reaches others. And her roots in the history, philosophy, and practice of nonviolence, under tutelage of Robert L. Holmes and Arun Gandhi, orient her to find the third path amid complex, competing priorities. With discipline, authenticity, and a ruthless devotion to getting to the heart of the matter, she uncovers the deepest motivations animating disparate stakeholder perspectives, allowing new, sustainable pathways to emerge.

The first employee of TGN Consulting, Lindsey has executed a pivotal role in producing TGN’s core models, approaches, brand, and offers. Her productization includes three seasons of the Leadership Impact Podcast, a comprehensive, twelve-month, digital Performance Leadership Course, and several customized, white-labeled leadership products.

Day-to-day, she brings her expertise as a thought-partner to other TGN Consultants and a design expert for high-stakes client initiatives. When Lindsey is on the case, relevant, accessible opportunities reach the client’s occurring world, inspiring and elucidating immediate next-adjacent actions.

Outside of consulting, Lindsey is working on a book about the nature of truth. After years on the road in Malawi, India, Canada, Mexico, Belgium and around the continental US, she has found her home in the PNW, residing on the sunny side of Washington state with her husband, Patrick, and their two kitties, Jack and Pepper.
