In addition to her work with TGN Consulting, Esther serves as a Munitions Maintenance Officer in the Air Force Reserves. She has 15 years of operational and staff experience and has led multiple cross-functional teams executing nuclear operations valued at over $6 billion. 

In her spare time, Esther coaches the Colorado State University Triathlon team and trains to stay one step ahead of them in every race.
