Scott Beckett, Ph.D., sparks transformation and growth in organizations, teams, and individuals like few other people in the world. From the United States Secretary of State to the executives and managers of many of the world’s most revered and largest institutions, Dr. Beckett fosters alignment, clarity, and coordinated action in ways that empower and enable performance and accomplishment far beyond what is typical or expected.    

Scott has worked at nearly every level in nearly every industry across nearly every continent. An expert in catalyzing performance, accountability, and straight talk, his work is instrumental in growing managers and leaders, cultivating inclusion and new thinking, and inspiring new levels of results and delivering what matters. His academic work focuses on the intersection of transformative learning, global leadership, and change management in large-scale organizations.

An Eagle Scout, Scott was honored by President George W. Bush with the President’s Volunteer Service Award and the President’s Call to Service Award. He currently serves the Boy Scouts of America as a member of the National Executive Board, and he was Program Chair for both the 2019 World Scout Jamboree and the BSA’s 2023 National Scout Jamboree. Married nearly 20 years to Adrienne, the couple currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their two basset hounds and an incurable urge to travel the world as ‘a person can’t have a small mind and a fat passport.'
